Our DE&I commitment is to foster a culture of DE&I by continuously reviewing and enhancing our employee lifecycle processes. Biannually, our HR Leadership collaborates with independent committees, DE&I representatives and regional leaders to assess and refine our talent practices to ensure they are equitable, inclusive and aligned with our DE&I strategy.
