First CoE trainee candidates graduate

We were delighted to celebrate in Cape Town, South Africa with another concrete step taken towards establishing our global IT Centre of Excellence (CoE). Having completed intensive skills training in a ‘Digital Career Accelerator’ programme with local delivery partners CapaCiTiZA, the first cohort of trainee candidates have graduated. They now join the more experienced specialist skillset hires who have been working together over the last few months to build the foundation of our CoE. The entire team was united when they moved into their brand-new central Cape Town office.

Congratulations to all who completed the Digital Career Accelerator programme, an initiative that aims to bridge the digital divide and tackle youth unemployment in South Africa. The programme provides talented local people with opportunities to work in skilled security and technology roles that otherwise may not have been accessible to them.
