Thank you for your interest in working with Ardagh Group, North America. Carrier requests will only be managed following completion of the form below. Carriers interested in working with Ardagh must meet the following requirements, in order to be considered:

• Minimum of 20 company-owned power units required, if asset;
• Carrier must own or or utilize carriers that have plated dry van trailers;
• Must agree to 60-day payment terms;
• 24/7 operations team required;
• FourKites (track/trace) required;
• Strict JIT pick-up and delivery adherence required;
• Recognition of all transportation claims;
• Ardagh will have no interaction with subhauler, if brokerage;
• Satisfactory DOT rating required; and
• Signed contract in full, with no amendments.
